Next March 14th, 2019 at the GSSI Auditorium (Via Michele Jacobucci, 2 - L’Aquila) there will be the local selection for the the talent showFAMELAB 2019 organized by Gran Sasso National Laboratory and Gran Sasso Science Institute.
Are you among18 and 40 years old? Are you fund of scientific matters? Are you incline to communication? So, you are the perfect candidate!
FameLab is a communication competition designed to engage and entertain by breaking down science, technology and engineering concepts into three minutes presentations.
The 24 finalists, selected in 12 Italian towns, (Ancona, Cagliari, Catania, Firenze, L'Aquila, Lecce, Modena, Napoli, Padova, Perugia, Torino and Trieste) will take part to the FameLab Masterclass, a training workshop in science communication.
The selection will consist in a pre-selection and a final selection to appoint the two finalists.
It is therefore necessary to prepare two different presentations.
The finalists will “face” in the in the National Final Event.
The resulting Italian winner will face the other finalists in the Finale Event which will take place in Cheltenham, UK.
To participate it is necessary to fill the FORM within March 8th 2019, at 16 p.m
