The Computing and Network Service of the Gran Sasso National Laboratories provides staff, associates and guests with authenticated Wi-Fi access throughout the above-ground buildings of the Laboratories.
AVAILABLE NETWORKS
DOT1X
This network is intended for employees, associates and authorized users. It provides access to internal LNGS resources, such as printers, local services and experiment computers, according to the permissions assigned.
EDUROAM
A federated network available to INFN users and guests from institutions participating in EDUROAM. It provides Internet access at other participating institutions but does not provide direct access to internal LNGS resources.
LNGS Guest Wi-Fi
This network is intended for authorized guests who need Internet access and, where applicable, access to specific internal resources of the Laboratories.
Guest Wi-Fi
Temporary Internet access using vouchers or temporary credentials. It is intended for events, meetings, seminars and short stays.
