Administration

The tasks of the administration service are as follows:

  • accounting, budget and expense management, reporting;
  • contracts and tenders, models and schemes of administrative and negotiation deeds, automation of the relative procedures;
  • liquidation and payment of supplier invoices, parcels, seminars, foreign guests' fees, missions;
  • cash monitoring (Unica treasury), management of the economic fund, inventory and assets;
  • import-export (management of the LNGS customs warehouse), insurance and tax and tax obligations;
  • administrative support to the RUP.
